Print Label
Generate and print your prepaid shipping label directly from the portal; a flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging, attach the shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the gear for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
